These terms cover using lookspo.com, whether you’re a client looking for a photographer or a photographer listing your work. By creating an account or using the site, you’re agreeing to them.
Lookspo is a directory and matching tool that connects clients with independent local photographers. We’re not a party to any shoot, booking, or payment between a client and a photographer, and we don’t employ or represent the photographers listed here. Arrangements like scheduling, final pricing, deposits, and payment happen directly between you and the other person, off the platform. Lookspo isn’t responsible for whether a shoot goes well, whether a photographer shows up, or whether a client pays as agreed, that’s between the two of you.
This may change as Lookspo grows, for example if we introduce booking fees or in-app payments. If it does, we’ll update these terms.
You need an account to book a session, request a quote, or list your work. Keep your account information accurate and your login secure, you’re responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; don’t create an account on someone else’s behalf without their permission.
You own everything you upload, portfolio images, your bio, your pricing, all of it. Listing on Lookspo doesn’t give us or anyone else exclusivity over your photos, and it doesn’t stop you from using, licensing, or displaying that same work anywhere else. We display what you upload on your public profile, and we process portfolio images through an AI model to power style search and matching (see our Privacy Policy for how that works).
You also grant Lookspo a non-exclusive right to use images from your portfolio in Lookspo’s own marketing, on the site, in social posts, ads, and similar promotion. That’s separate from, and doesn’t reduce, your own ownership or your ability to use, license, or remove that same work anywhere else.
You’re responsible for having the rights to whatever you upload, if a shoot involved other people, that’s on you to sort out with them, not something Lookspo verifies. Every image is also automatically screened for explicit or suggestive content before it’s shown, and rejected if flagged.
The pricing, availability, and categories you list are your own claims about your business, keep them accurate. Requests you receive through Request a Quote or Open Slots are real inquiries from real clients, treat them accordingly.
A quote request, booking, or open-slot claim you make is a direct arrangement with that photographer, not a purchase from Lookspo. Confirm details like price, deliverables, and timing with the photographer directly before treating anything as final. Reviews you leave should reflect a real completed session.
We can remove a listing, image, review, or account that violates these terms, including anything our automated moderation flags. We’ll generally try to tell you why, but egregious cases (spam, abuse, clearly prohibited content) may be removed without notice.
Lookspo is provided as-is. We don’t guarantee a client will find a photographer, that a photographer will get booked, or that any match, review, or rating reflects how a specific shoot will go. Style-match scores are a similarity estimate from an AI model, not a promise of outcome.
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continuing to use Lookspo after an update means you accept the current version, which will always be posted here with its last-updated date above.
